HACS works and I see the “Bosch thermostat” integration in HACS, but when I want to add it in “Integrations” I only get the Bosch SHC integation that showes up. It’s been 14 hours since the installation. Strange.

Weird. There was one similar report some time ago that ended with a HA restart and a cleared Browser cache.

Hi all,

I tried to integrate my CT200 but something is not working

First of all I’ve installed HACS, no issue there.

I registered my CT200 via the Bosch app on my phone
External services says that the device is online as last status

  1. Installed the Bosch Thermostat integration in HA
  2. Selected Eaycontrol
  3. Entered my Serial, Access Code (without spaces) and my password

Result “Failed to setup”

This is what I see in the logs:
Cannot connect to Bosch gateway, host My UID with UUID: None

Your device is unknown null

Sounds a bit like issues with connection to the EasyControl. Can you try to do a raw scan: Dev Raw Scan for the Bosch Devices · bosch-thermostat/home-assistant-bosch-custom-component Wiki · GitHub

I keep getting the same error as @RedC;

Cannot connect to Bosch gateway, host My UID with UUID: None

I have tried to run the raw scan and it’s keeps outputting;

Successfully connected to gateway. Found UUID: None

Then Nothing useful after with the following JSON output;

Hi there.

I would like to integrate my CT200 and valves, but I dont know where I can get access token. When I tried to register device, always when I tried to login with Bosh ID I got 403 access forbiden. Many thanks for your help.

Read the installation guide in GitHub. You need two passwords. One is on the sticker of the CT200 and the second one is in the Easycontrol app on your phone. Hope the documentation helps you through.

followed the instruction but getting error. mine is CT200 B. Could this be new model not supported by this integration?

Hi there, I am trying to integrate my Bosch EasyControl, however without success. I am running HA on HAOS (Intel NUC). All the numbers in the XMPP configuration are correct including a simple 8 character password without special characters. It keeps on saying “Cannot connect to Bosch gateway” and keeps on retrying. Any suggestion how to resolve this?

First of all great integration. Yesterday I installed the integration and connecting to the CT200 worked flawless.
Today I have installed Bosch EasyControl RT10-RF Smart Radiator Thermostats (5 in total) and connected them to the CT200. I can see, and control, them in the Bosch App but is there a way to see, and control, these radiator thermostats also in Home Assistant?
