Hi all, has anyone come across the issue in a solution 3000 on the official integration where if the alarm goes off the integration looses the connection and all entities become unavailable?
Can anyone here help me? I set up a Bosch 3000 system today with the TouchOne 7â screen and a B426M panel but I cannot get cloud to connect.
B426M Firmware 3.15.214, the panel is updated too.
I have the Bosch Controller and B426M visible and pingable on my network but I cannot resolve this âIP MODULE 1 MISSâ error and the cloud wonât connect.
Iâve turned on upnp, I tried forwarding the necessary ports (Ports for cloud connection RSC+ & B426-M : Bosch Security System)
I followed these instructions, https://www.cheapalarmparts.com.au/How-to-program-a-Bosch-B426-M-IP-board and I can confirm the jumper is on the tamper terminals.
Device Information says upnp port mapping not set up, in Maintenance I have Panel Programming set to Yes
What am I missing??

Otherwise, âForgot Password?â at the login page is available for passcode recovery.
Even though I changed my via the web interface on 3.15.214 to something other than the default B42V2, it keeps on accepting B42V2 and won't accept the changed password. I don't have a product passcode sticker/label on the unit, only the cloud ID sticker.
Also looks like Firmware 2.2.0 available for the Solution 2000/3000 - I haven't tested with HA as yet because 2.1.3 has been so stable.
