I had the bright idea to turn off my SSL and Samba add-ons today. I also messed up my configuration so now I cannot access the UI either! Help! Is there anything I can do to access my config file and fix it?
You can mount the SD card on a pc and edit the config file.

Thanks. Unfortunately linux-reader is just a … reader. I tried Paragon for Windows and ext2fsd but I couldn’t make them work. At least I managed to take my files using linux-reader and restore them on a clean instance.
Wasn’t much, since it was a new instance anyway, but it’s nice to know that it works.
Now that you have access agian, there is also a snapshot backup service in the hassio menu. Use it regularly or automate it. Make sure you copy the snapshots off the Pi. There’s an automation somewhere on this forum that uses Dropbox.
