I have HA on a RPi 4. I also have it connected to my school’s public WiFi. I can see it using Fing. But I’m not able to get to the frontend. I’ve tried using the IP address, like 172.25.19.210:8123, and I’ve also tried using homeassistant.local:8123. If neither of these work, what might be the problem? What else can I try? Thanks.
You can try not using your school’s wifi, or talking to your school’s IT administrator.
Most public wifi systems block clients from communicating with each other directly.
