Change a view icon (lovelace) based on a group icon

When you set an icon for a view in lovelace, it shows up as the icon for the tab. Based on the state of group.all_lights I would like to use mdi:lightbulb-on-outline or mdi:lightbulb-off-outline. How do I set that option?
