Change KNX group address --> new 2nd entity

Hi,
what do I have to consider when I change a group address of a KNX device in configuration.yaml?
Every time I change an address a 2nd entity is created and the old one is no longer available.

sensor:
  - name: "Außentemperatur"
    state_address: "0/1/3"
    type: temperature

You are changing the unique_id by changing one of the significant GAs of an entity.
