Chromecast Audio keeps turning off

Hi,

Just bought Chromecast Audio.

It seems to keep turning off in HA after being idle for a while.

Anybody have the setting so it never turns off.

Did you ever get this straightened out? I am new and I am having the same issue, state to off after 5 minutes idle.

Unfortunately no.

Sad really.

No one has answered. I have to turn it on all the time on my automation.

I tried the wait template. The chromecast audio did go from off to playing without the connection tones.
