I see that there is reportedly only support for the Zehnder ComfoAir Q350, Q450 & Q600, but that at least one person (@michele.bergo) seemed to be making progress on connecting the ComfoAir 200 last year.
I’m wondering whether there has been any success on this?
Yes I was able to integrate it without issue and I have full control of it

I was able to integrate the Comfoair 200 using https://github.com/wichers/esphome-comfoair
It’s nor perfect, but it allows me control over the fans speeds and info on fans RPM and air intake.
Just wanted to point out to this other thread which contains a lot of extra information on this ESPHome integration.
I recently extended wichers code to support a few more features of Zehnder devices that might be interesting to you as well
