I have just got my new kamado BBQ temperature probes / thermometer and thanks to this awesome effort
Have managed to get it up and running in HA really well 
I also have a few inkbird cooking probes for indoor oven cooking and have just used the built in HA graphing/history in the past (its great as the bluetooth range is terrible and HA means I can track if im out the house).
But given the 4 or 5 probes I now have on this new one, it has made me go looking for a dashboard / card to manage the cooks better and didnt manage to find anything existing, so wondering what people do ? (amusing this is not hugely popular?)
I could see that - reusing thermostat cards would be ideal
Looks like the “Meater” / “Block” people might have a simple answer

Assume there is a backbone on automation too to enable features.
There are many “features/options” that would needed / nice to have
- Current temperature
- History graph
- Target temperature
- Alarms/Notifications
- Rate of change of temperature
- Time to target temperature
- 1 to x sensors/probes
- Configurable and preset setting for targets beef/chicken/rare etc …
- Feedback to heat on/off/strength/airflow control
- Capture/label/store good “cooks” data/history - ideal for low/slow
