The integration currently does not support zone cleaning for VR300. I’m working on that, and got it to work with the old version of the integration through hard coding my map id.
Unfortunately, through my extensive testing, my robot now does not save any floor plans anymore and I can’t continue developing. It also says, that my robot is linked to another account, which is just not true…
If anyone knows, how to contact Vorwerk or Neato to reset everything with my account, please let me know. I already resetted the robot.
Hello. Thanks @trunneml for your great work. Unfortunately i have the same issue with the vr200 as @Staff19. I had to install the integration manually (copy files from github). The integration showed up and i was able to log in with my email and the code. But the service calls on the vacuum card don’t work. Any suggestions?
Just wanted to say thanks. I hadn’t played with my VR200 for a long time and now I found that it is integrated again in HA.
Everything worked fine for me:
added the repository address in HACS
restarted HA
took some time to understand what I had actually done with that
then I read somewhere that an Integration should have appeared but it didn’t
…it didn’t until I hit refresh on the webpage: then Vorwerk appeared in the list of available integrations
entered the email address of my Vorwerk account and received the code from MyKobold
than I found the VR200 being added as 1 device and 3 entities (status, battery and a schedule switch)
the commands (to clean, pause, stop,…) actually appear when clicking on the status entity from lovelace
Any idea on how can I extract the commands and make them as independent entities?
Since yesterday I didn’t use the service for automation but due to the ‘great’ devs at Vorwerk I decided to start the cleaning with an automation.
The problem: it doesn’t work. There is no error nothing but the Kobold don’t start the automation

Call service vorwerk.custom_cleaning

Normally that happens when the robot lost its wifi connection. Did you check the wifi state shown in the display of your robot? Is the vorwerk app working?
hi … I have 2 robost.
The VR200 is offline and the VR300 is Online in the app.
I delete the Integration and readd it, then retsart HA with the same result.
I got no Connection.
Take a look here, it’s independent from this integration/component, it’s the standard way in HA to get some more log messages. Not that I’m saying that will get you any further…
Since this last update there is no functionality on my VR200.
The sensors are all OK but there is no action on my automations. Even when I hit the start cleaning at the device in HA there is no action.
Please help or provide the old version. At the moment for me it useless
