I somehow can’t run automations on H0n/Haier HVACs. But I can still control them. Just not automations. This is the error for a very simple timebased automation:

How could I have DNS issues if everything else is fine, I can update OS and even control said ACs, manually, just not via automation? Totally lost on this one
This sounds like a DNS problem, and I’m going to guess you have pihole or adguard or some other man-in-the-middle DNS Blocker running.
If so, look there.
If not, check your DNS Server is doing what you want. How to set DNS after first install.
I acutally don’t have adguard nor pihole. I use cloudflare’s DNS on my UDM Pro.
And on that link, when I go Settings → System → Network → IPv4 for your adaptor → DNS Server.
I have cloudlfare’s DNS there as well. Still clueless as to why this is happening
