my Homeassistant Supervisor installation is now supported!!! Iám happy now!

update-initramfs -u
reboot
df -aT | grep cgroup

The requirements are quite clear that only Debian itself is supported. DietPi isn’t supported.
The installer also warns that
This method is considered advanced and should only be used if one is an expert in managing a Linux operating system, Docker and networking.

No, it’s based on Debian, it isn’t Debian and it isn’t supported for Supervised.
If DietPi supports KVM try the following installation method (enables a full supported HAOS installation alongside anything else DietPi supports):
