I was wondering if someone is able to integrate downdetector.com into HA. Example: Downdetcor sees that there are more than usual outages at YouTube, then HA sends a notification to my phone telling me. Downdector does have an API I just don’t know how to use it, still very new to HA and stuff. Downdetector API

Though that second one did turn up a pre-existing very similar feature request.
I’m tempted to close this FR as a duplicate and to ask you to post to that other FR adding the downdetector site making a note that it has an API (and vote there).
Looking at down detector API, looks like it’s inquery/paid only
which means the only way to get the data would be scraping which i don’t think this community will like
Should someone have a working scraper or similar, I could use this integration
