Error with Image from automation

I am using LLM to assess snapshots from my doorbell camera and provide notifications based on the assessment from google gemini. The messages are working as expected but keep getting an error with the image in the mobile notification. Not sure where im going wrong.

My configuration Yaml File

can you access that file from internet.
I would guess it is not accessible and that result in error
file permission must also allow proper read access
