/etc/udev is not available in latest version?

I want to use this integration: TFA KlimaLogg_pro Integration - Weather Station
But first I need to check if the USB works fine.
They talking about adding permission in the usb permission file /etc/udev/rules.d/50-usb-perms.rules, but there is no folder /etc/udev ???
I use Home assist 8.1 on Raspberry Pi 4.
I connected the USB device while a fresh install of Home assist. I tried with 64 and 32 bit.
Where are these settings in current version or what do I wrong?

Tested and works under following circumstances:

Manual Home Assistant Installation on a Raspberry Pi with Raspberry Pi OS (Raspbian) USB-access is configured for user access:

That is clearly not an HAOS install since it’s Raspbian. In fact it’s not even supervised since supervised isn’t supported on Raspbian. It’s either container or core but the author doesn’t specify.

There’s not really any way to follow those instructions on an HAOS install. Perhaps it could be made to work on HAOS, I’m not sure. More likely someone would need to develop an addon to complement it as that can add udev rules.
