FYI, this lock is now fully integrated into Home Assistant.

Meaning you can lock and unlock? I have the latest Eufy software on my HA integration and I can’t unlock.

I have a s303 smart lock w/ camera.
I got it integrated into my ha, i found the lock button in the entity list, it work…it just wont asd to the dashboard, i made sure it " visible" still not working, any advice

What do you mean it won’t add to the dashboard? Where does the button go?

I just tested mine using mobile & your are correct. It won’t add using the ‘by entity’ method. Add a card first (Entity?) and then find the lock. Save appears when using that method. If you have HACS, Mushroom cards has a dedicated lock card.

You have to use the checkbox now to add the entity :person_facepalming:. That exposes the ‘continue’ button.

Is there any update on the Eufy C30 models? I assume it’s not supported because I only have the random entities.

Any update? I’ve got (2) C30’s integrated but no lock/unlock feature. Pretty disappointing if there’s no support as I was trying to find a somewhat more affordable look for other places.

I have the same Video Smart Lock E330 and it seems this still does not have support for this lock yet.

i have the same Video smart lock E330 -T8531 , debug entity is available for station and device in home assistant also trigger and reset Alarm and connected but no camera and lock/unlock doorbell entities are shown , i am also having issues connecting through Eufy web portal ( Firmware: 0.1.4.5)

Can anyone confirm if the T8520 is working? I am able to lock and unlock from hass, but lock status does not appear to update correctly on hass.

I am in the market for a new smart lock and had high hopes that the eufy E330 would have full support. It seems to have all of the features I want but now I’m wary of purchasing any smart device that HA users struggle to connect successfully. Particularly disappointing that the lock/unlock control isn’t supported–that’s the most basic function ffs.
