Flip Flop Zwave Dual Switch Behavior

Hi,

I am having the following Flip Flop switch random behavior on a dual switch (Fantem brand, the same manufacturer of Aeotec)

Also notice in the video that the 2nd time I click the Light Switch 2 it turns off both lights and should only turn off the roof one.

When doing the same actions through the physical switch everything works fine (ie: the UI doesn’t flip and in the next polling it gets updated)

I already tried refresh_value: true and delay: 3 as suggested in other posts in the zwave configuration section (although those posts were for zwave).

I am really lost with this.
