I try to use the Fritzbox presence check. HA trys to install the necessary component but HA can not install the component due to an unknown error.
In the log file i can only find, try to install…
Can somebody help with this topic?

It depends on your setup. You could try to install the dependency manually with pip before you launch Home Assistant.

Try to check this thread: FRITZ!Box component install error on Windows 10 / Raspian / Ubuntu 16.04.
Had the same problems some weeks ago and could solve them with installing some libs:
sudo apt-get install libxml2-dev libxslt-dev
