Garage Door Setup - Maveo Marantec (TCP?)

Hi There,

I am trying to access my Maveo Marantec garage door openers to trigger their lights when my house door opens. I found a few topics (below) but I get stumped on the first step - enable TCP in the Maveo app. I can not for the life of me find that option in the app and Maveo’s support is down, links do not work.

Any suggestions?

the tomu guy explained how you get there:
“To get this up and running you first need to activate 3rdr party access to your system via the Maveo app and enable TCP:”

first you need to use the latest maveo app. then, on IOS at least, click top left where you have the settings, click on first option which is also called settings. then scroll down till you see 3rd party connection or integration, not sure how they translated it, I have also the german version. Click on it and then click on NEXT.
there you will find the TCP or UDP thing.
You can only send commands and receive no status.

Good luck,

OktO

Hi @denimjeans, could you please check if you can still see the option for 3rd party access? I can’t see the option on my end.

Has anyone experienced how to set up more than 5 users/access keys in the app?

Hello,

I have now also installed a maveo stick.
I can run the door from the app.
But i want to have it in Home Assistant.

The 3rd party option, i can not find!

What was your solution??

Thanks

Hi @mexx.111

do you use a maveo connect stick without the maveo box? I tried that and did not find the 3rd party option either.
Now I tried the maveo box in connection with a maveo stick (not maveo connect stick) and now I see the 3rd party option.

Best regards,
Ben
