Getting Amazon Echo/Alexa to forget emulated Philips Hue components

Has anyone figured out a way to get Alexa to forget emulated hue components?

If I delete an entry from Alexa, I’m still seeing probes a few times per minute for the deleted hue id. From reading https://community.smartthings.com/t/alexa-duplicating-hue-lights-but-philips-skill-disabled/111570 it looks like maybe the permission can be refused on real Hue bridges but I’m not 100% sure if it really works that way.

Anyone else have experience with this? This all came about due to the new Amazon Echo firmware which broke support for the out of box default port of 8300 (more details in Emulated Hue suddenly stopped working with Echo Dot V2 )

I have some non-emulated devices which is why Forget All via the web interface to Alexa.amazon.com is not an option (Duplicate Hue devices in Alexa (No Hue Skill in Alexa))
