As above ive got it all installed - the service wont start (think ive got a clue why) the terminal output isnt showing as connected to the device…heres a dump of it…ive got a deConz plugged in as well, along with a bluetooth 5.1 dongle (all passed through on proxmox) to the VM.
i cant see the connection to the stick itself but not sure if its a side effect of running through proxmox…

Bigger is better. The smaller ones chipset was not supported by Z2M.
Ah - well - ill get the older one on order…however after an afternoon of pissing about with it ive got it working…! lets see what happens…(ill order the older one anyway) i always like to have stuff around to test with etc etc…
