Looks like the beta breaks this again? Anyone else on beta and see local fulfillment broken.
Edit: actually, false alarm. I rebooted them and they are back.
Just a question, have you done a sync command?
If you look at the ./storage folder, there is a google assistant file, do you see there an user_agent_id with webhook? Do not do a sync command yet…
I do have that file. I have done a sync several times since going local though.
Did you manage to resolve this issue? If so may I ask how?
No, at the end i swiched to Alexa. Since then everything is working fine.
Googles Assistant never worked again since this problem.
I also struggled with the issue whole weekend. It seems I found the root cause. After failed attempt to configure local fulfillment it does not switch back to remote mode. To do it just say or type in Google assistant app “Hey Google, force default.” - this command reverts “force local” command that was used during setting up of local fulfillment. Now all remote commands are working fine.
