Griesser 868MHz blinds - Can I control them from HA?

Hi,

My new appartement have Griessler blinds, and I’m looking if I can control them using HA.

My remote is the Progreso 5M, this one:

More info can be found here: https://www.griesser.ch/files/_temp/biline-en.pdf?230927 and here https://www.griesser.ch/en/products/controls/radio-controls/biline . They apparently sell home boxes that can sync with the receiver in the blinds, but I doubt it can be bought by individuals. And the box is probably more locked than the RF communication itself.

It apparently communicates with the blinds using RF 868MHz. I never used RF communication with HA, I only had Zigbee devices so far.

Is controlling such device doable ?
Could a RF USB dongle work ? How to choose it ?
Is there a database of RF controls somewhere like there is for IR ?
If not, is there a way to scan sent codes so that HA can reproduce them ?

Thanks in advance for any answer, have a great day.

Hi, would someone have an idea of something that could work or that I could try ?
Have a nice day

Hi again, do you think this would work ? https://fr.aliexpress.com/item/4000571051141.html?algo_exp_id=efea4c46-4777-46cf-840b-03601239f56f-7&pdp_npi=4%40dis!CHF!25.21!25.21!!!29.12!!%402101cff817046507651134660e0242!12000021359710417!sea!CH!2181464472!&curPageLogUid=QANYRY3muc2H&utparam-url=scene%3Asearch|query_from%3A

Hi @SaladCesar, I am in the same situation. I have a SomfyRTS receiver which only works on 433MHz but I wonder if some of the learnings from that project can be used to decode the 868MHz transmissions. I’ve been scouring other threads on 868MHz and there are some successes in reading the signal using an RTL-SDR. I just need to find my spares and see if this signal is readable.

I’ve just looked a bit into RTL-SDR. This only allows for reading signals, not sending, right ?

That could be at least a beggining to see if I can detect my blinds remote.

I think so, but still useful debugging before the 868MHz transceiver arrives. I have one, I think I might have thrown out the rest, but I had lots at one point.
