This appears to be a Frontend Related Feature Request as it is asking for changes to Frontend Menus, Dashboards, or Sections.

Because it’s in the wrong forum completely, it should get the votes in the new location, not here…
So many places, so many choices… it would be to easy to have one place for everything, I guess
at first such shortcomings should never require subsequent FR nor bug report. It has been seen by original developer so should be fixed immediately or at least noted to fix later on.
Part of the problem, as I see it, is how do you handle the wide variety of displays that people could be editing on. What makes it easy for a person on a PC/Mac with a large monitor to do editing might make it exceptionally difficult for someone on a tablet or smartphone doing the same task.
