HA+HueBridge-which dimmer switch?

Innovelli Blue or HomeSeer WS300?

I’m in the U.S. I have a hue bridge, works fine with HA. I also have Zwave (zooz dongle) and Zigbee (sonoff dongle).
I’m adding four BR40 Hue ceiling lights to the kitchen. White and Ambiance (lets you control color temperature).
Currently, there’s just a single dumb switch in the kitchen that controls the old lights. Just a simple single switch, no 3-way.

I need to choose a paddle switch that will let me turn these Phillips Hue bulbs off and on with the paddle switch as normal. But power needs to remain to the bulbs so they can be controlled by HA, Alexa, etc.

Nice-to-have: I’d like to be able to dim these lights, and change the color temperature as well from the paddle switch.

I was looking at Innovelli and HomeSeer WS300 switches for this purpose. I guess they both have a Smart Bulb Mode.
I guess the other option is to just permanently wire the lights on (bypass), and use any old smart switch. I want to avoid this, though.

What’s the best way to use an Innovelli or HomeSeer switch for this use-case? Also, is there a reset or something I can pull on the front of the switch to temporarily cut power to the load? For changing bulbs or in case HomeAssistant or Hue Hub has some problem and I really want to turn the lights off?

Can you share your experience or advice on how I should set this up?
Thanks

Following,

I’m after the same thing. But I have a 3x switch and in some cases 4x way. I’ve seen some of the Zoom switches also do this.

But I’m really partial to Leviton because they have smart light switches, dummy companion switches, smart dimmers, dummy companion dimmers, smart fan, dummy fan, etc. but I’m not sure if they can do smart bulb mode.

I think this is part of the solution we need.
