HA wont start since update to 80.2

After the update my homeassistant shows no web interface, i’ve enabled debug loggin and its repaeting the following

Did you go through? Especially the step where you make sure configuration.yaml is not the problem. You could also try to downgrade: How to downgrade versions .

I’ve only just mamanged to sort it by renaming the .storage and .cloud folders appending.old then re-registering, seems strange but upon restoring them the system will not start again
