Hi and sorry for my bad English! Just FYI, I still have the same issue, nothing worked for me, but I solved using Edge browser. In Chrome I’ve only the repositories list, in Edge it shows the menu.

Solved it by purging Cloudflare’s cache
- Disable Experimental Features
- Go to Cloudflare and purge all cache
- Wait for ~ 30 seconds and restart Home Assistant & wait for HA to start
- Open DevTools (F12) → Right-click the refresh button → Empty cache and hard reload
