HAOS will not successfully load on HP T630 Thin Client

I have installed HAOS on to a HP T630 thin client and when it loads HA it does not seem to complete fully, leaving a black screen!
I have installed latest HP BIOS
I have installed following HA guides here Generic x86-64 - Home Assistant - following option 2.
The OS seems to commence loading from the 256GB drive + (8gb RAM). all the way through to the line shown on the image below:

I am at the absolute limit of knowledge. I did also try Method 1 using Ubnuntu, but after the initial loading of ubuntu it to went black screen before finalising (the image of unbuntu loads on another PC so is good.
I should also say the thin client is able to run Windows 11 without any problems, so I believe the H/W is also good.
Any guidance much appreciated - thanks in anticipation.

I know that this has been a recent problem when HAOS upgraded to version 15.x, for many including users of HP Thin Clients, and not sure it was actually resolved for HP Thin client users or not:

Home Assistant unreachable after update to HAOS 15

Just upgraded my install (on a Pi 5) to HA OS 15 - but it’s gone completely unreachable for over half an hour now. My parents’ install (same hardware) has done the same… At what point is it safe to do a hard reboot - I’m always wary incase it’s still doing an update in the background… but half an hour seems like a long time!

Thanks for the comments, so I am wondering where do i go from here, is there a bug in v15, is it recognised, do I need to try an earlier version…if so where do i find it.
There is suggestion of other HP T630 users have had problems, have then resolved?
