Hassio addon link in frontend disappeared

Was addressing other configuration when I noticed that the hassio addon link in frontend disappeared
any ideas what happened?

Hass.io menu disappeared

Running 0.51.2. All seems to be well, except that the hass.io main menu has disappeared. I suspect it may be related to the 3rd party AppDaemon/HAdashboard integration. Could a misconfigured add-on cause this? How do I get it back?
