hassOS 5.5 update to latest deployment version

I have installed hassOS 5.5 on rasppbery pi 3b.
Reason: i was not abble to start version 4.x from hdd, also had problems to start 5.5 from hdd, but wit bootcode file on sd card im able to start it after 3 or 4 power cycles (turn power on and off while is not starting)

Question: how to update to hassOS 5.6 (or latest after another release)? I can install ssh addon when needed. On UI there is no button for that in system tab or supervisor dashboard tab.

just small info, updater is fetching stable.json (thats why is there any button)
[supervisor.updater] Fetching update data from https://version.home-assistant.io/stable.json

I updated by SSHing to PI

Then using the command:

ha os update --version=x.x

Where x.x is the version you wish to install. In this case, 5.6

Or you can download version 5.x. raucb. Name the USB flash CONFIG (capital letters) and copy the downloaded version. In the settings, the system selects import from USB.

Thanks for help  I will try the first option via ssh, because when i connect any usb to raspberry pi it by some reason disconnect hdd (yes, it has own power supply, thats not the problem) or for some reason do some unwanted operation and shutdown home assistant or home assistant crashs (is not possible to connect using share or http or share).
