Is it possible to set HassOS keyboard map for the console?
Eg. set keyboard to Swedish instead of US which seems to be default…

Did you find out how to change the keyboard layout of the console?

Same here.
You usually don’t use the console unless your system is in trouble.
A non-US keyboard on a US keymap is a major PITA in itself, but it adds a whole new level of annoyance to an already stressful situation.
