I do not know. So I made this: iOS widget Scriptable

UPDATE: I had to check it out. You just create a widget on screen then click on it, and you can create your own. I might depend if you want to fit more than one sensor value

I have the same issue, now I created my first customized widget but I can not find it anywhere to edit it or add a new one. If you add a new widget it now takes automatically the last created one.

I have the same issue. I looked through all the settings but couldn’t find an option for this.

Here is the issue for this: Custom Widgets inadvertently visible in latest App Store release of the Companion App. · Issue #3475 · home-assistant/iOS · GitHub
If I remember correctly “Custom Widget” edit panel curretly only available in IOS Test Flight version Release 2025.2 (1178) · home-assistant/iOS · GitHub

I can confirm that in a test flight version in companion app has a Widget option

And the revert merge:

Remove custom widgets from release build #3462
