Hi @anon63427907 thank you.
I have followed all the steps, I do see a doorbell snapshot on my Home Assistant dashboard, however I am unable to view a stream. It is not clear to me how and where I have to request the turn.on command.
Reiterating, my message was not at all a criticism of your work, but of the product itself. I’m a beginner at best at coding, but I, sometimes, have free time, so I’m happy to donate my time to the project…
About the stability of streaming, i am working on a new version to use go2rtc as streaming provider, hopefully this will make overall streaming more stable
trying to get this setup, have installed the webrtc addon, added it to my resources
but get this when adding a custom card
Hello
I also get this message but I don’t know how to get further now.
What am I doing wrong?
Did you install the add-on?
Yes, i just followed the steps as described in Github and at step 5, I am blocked because of this error message:
yes there was the problem, it did not started well, no it works and i can see all sensors and camera’s in my overview dashboard.
Thanks for the help!
For now, I only see the last picture of the camera’s, not yet the live streams.
Is there a how to for installing that?
Yes, on the same GitHub page you will find instructions on webrtc. Would suggest to give that a try, works (near) flawlessly
I have a question…
I am using the Eufy T8213 doorbell (2 cameras for person and parcel, battery powered) in conjunction with the Homebase 2 station.
I use it with the phone app and it works fine.
Now I want to integrate it with my Home Assistant (Yellow).
I want to try
to integrate it (the model is supported form v.2.0.0 if I read it correctly)
Can I use the HA integration in parallel with the phone app / without loosing the mobile phone app integration.
Thanks in advance
