How do I go about only showing only one value in a card?

The history graph card does not support attributes.
You have a couple of options:
- create a template sensor to extract the attribute to its own sensor and graph that.
Or…
- Use a third party graph card like apex charts or the mini-graph card that supports graphing attributes:
