I know this isnāt the right topic but I wanted to know if itās possible to play music from Google Play Music/Youtube Music and cast to Spotify Connect speakers. Similar to Aircast but wanting to cast audio and pipe it to spotify connect speakers. I have Samsung Radiant 360 that will only play well with Spotify.

Hi,
Are there some specific ports that need to be opened on the host machine?
My hassio instance is installed on a Ubuntu server with ufw enabled and I can only cast to my speakers using aircast if ufw is disabled. Otherwise, even though I can se the new devices in airplay, I have a ācannot connectā error message and no logs on the server.
Any help is appreciated.

Thanks for the great addon Frenck! Just wondering if anyone has got it to stream to multiple chromecast speakers at the same time for full home audio?
Yes but from memory (it was quite a while ago) they lose sync after an an hour or so.
oh how did you do it? I didnāt come across any documentation on setting up multiple speaker streaming?
From memoryā¦ just selected more than one speaker on my iphone music app, or maybe it was iTunes on a pc.
Not really the same thing but you can do continuous streaming from Google Music (preferably with Gmusic proxy in order to not stop the play in the middle) to a Chromecast group:

Hey I wonder whether anyone is experienceing the same issue or is able to provide me with some help or guidance.
I am unable to connect to Aircast device upon updating to version 2.4.0. When I try to connect to device i get the error message on the apple device saying: Unable to connect to ādevice nameā. I have tried this on all apple devices within the entire HASSIO ecosystem. ā same message on all devices.
I have tried to solve to problem doing the following:
I have uninstalled the aircast add-on and installed it again which didnāt make a change
I deleted the aircast cofig file, agian that did not solve the issue.
I am running the following system:
Add-on version: 2.4.0
You are running the latest version of this add-on.
System: HassOS 4.15 (armv7 / raspberrypi3)
Home Assistant Core: 0.116.4
Home Assistant Supervisor: 249
I hope anyone out there is able to help me.
