What does it say for “Connecting via” in the Connection settings screen?
Remote UI.
Try disabling remote UI and force quitting the app.
says now: “External URL”.
Should i re-enable remote UI and try again?
iPhone X, HA 0.92, nabu casa remote UI, have tried reinstalling the app and rebooting the phone

Are you doing manual setup or automatic setup?
Same. Shows Connecting Via Remote UI, i turn off Wifi, won’t connect (screenshot). I try connecting via web browser to the Nabu Casa generated URL and all works.

Manual config, I’m on 4G right now so can’t test automatic
There may be an issue with manual setup still if you don’t enter a string that can be converted to a URL. Ensure it is of the format "https://hassio.local:8123l. Must have protocol (http or https), hostname and port (if port isn’t 80 or 443)

Figured it out! I accidentally had https://myhomeassistantstring.ui.nabu.casa/ got to the login screen but not any further, when I removed the “/” it worked!

Mine now starts up, and asks me to login. I do that, i get the http popup which then brings me back to the connect button. After that it just hangs on the the url to my site. We will see tomorrow

latest update is working very nicely! Only issue i seem to have is with notification.
When sending a notification i get: 2019-04-29 12:58:33 ERROR (MainThread) [homeassistant.components.mobile_app.notify] Requested entity was not found.
once in while 1 comes trough but 99% doenst 
The few that get trough are always with the app active.
