Hi,

Is anyone aware of any smart temperatures sensors that I could use for a hot tub?

The Dallas DS18b20 can be found in waterproof probe housings, e.g. https://www.aliexpress.com/w/wholesale-ds18b20-waterproof.html

They connect easily with ESPHome or Tasmota flashed devices.

YoLink - temperature sensor (with probe). I’ve been using it for a few months now. Integration into HA is excellent.
