How do I get the Aeotec Wallmote to work through Smartthings?

I have a Wallmote Quad ZW130-A connected through a Smartthings hub. I was playing with Home Assistant for the first time recently and I can’t quite remember which blueprint I downloaded, but it worked essentially out of the box.

Now I’m working on setting up a more permanent instance and I can’t find a blueprint that works for this controller, they all assume I’m using the native zwave integrations. I found:
