How to access Temperature, and Set Temperate of thermostat

Hey - I have the SALUS ST898ZB Thermostat connected via zigbee,

Wondering what entitiy I could use to read the current and set temperature?
I see this in home assistant.

And the Entity ID is climate.salus_st898zb_thermostat
