How to configure Gira X1 to Home assistant

I want to configure my Gira X1 for Home assistant.
But i do not know where i have to make the configuration.
It looks like that i have to create a yaml file on the Home assistant. But where?

As a sidenote: The gira X1 is for visualization and logic/scenes/timer/ect
You cannot configure it for HA as its designed to do the same thing (be it on a much smaller scope supported integrations wise)

Like having 2 captains in your smart home :rofl: You might encounter weird behavior and not know who is causing it.

I install X1’s alot but for personal use would prefer HA above X1. Tho stability wise i would never use HA with a customer unless they want it.
Not saying that HA is unstable, but it can have some quirks with updates and i never have those problems with X1/Homesever. If only their software was as stable and user friendly :roll_eyes:

Tldr: If you are up and running with HA and KNX i would ditch the X1 or just use it as a tunnel/router.

Its just for my own usage. I also miss some functionallity with the X1.
The X1 is for the family. With the HA i try to experiment and see what is possible. But I’ am still a beginner.
Finally I want to make a HA connection with Domoticz and KNX.
