Can these lights be configured and controlled in HASS?

LED Strip Lights

Would something like mqtt be the way to go?

How could I then control them via Alexa?

Looking for some help on getting started.

Yes you can control the lights, give me 5 minutes and il find the firmware hack link

I was looking round for a led controller like you are and I stumbled upon two options, your option and the H801 Controller which I eventually used , there is no difference it was just the cheapest price I found
