hello we are 2 persons in the house. i want to start the vacuum only when there are no meetings in neither of the 2 google calendars(different google users of course).
how could i achieve that? or at least give me some hints or keywords to start searching for please (i run HAOS on an intel nuc, and have a roborock e5 robot controlled through MiHome app)
Have you gotten the calendars and vacuum integrated yet?
That would be the first step.
What you could do is have it on the schedule you want, but just after it starts, pause it if there’s a meeting on. Then resume it when there are no meetings. I do something similar.
I have a bunch of “DND” triggers and settings. For example I kill all announcements on my Google Homes if I’m in meetings, and turn on/off music.
i linked one user’s google calendar, but how can i do it for the second person’s calendar?
I’m not sure about adding the integration twice within Home Assistant.
What I did was import other calendars into my Google Calendar.
For example I added my work Outlook calendar to my personal Google calendar.
Then I just added my Google calendar to Home Assistant, and all the “sub calendars” appear too.
