Hyundai AC, TCL app, WL6HR1500 USB Dongle - Connect to HA?

I have four Hyundai air conditioners which can connect to Wi-Fi using a USB dongle that’s included in the AC.

Even though these air conditioners are Hyundai, the app used to manage them is named “TCL Home”.

So I suspect someone else manufactures these air conditioners, sells them to Hyundai, and TCL provides the smart functionality. This is the information of the AC.

Any chance I can integrate these with Home Assistant?

Tcl home integration

Hi everyone. First of all I want to say how excited I am with homeassistant. I’ve been using it for 3 years now and I can’t say how great it is. I have all my devices connected to it except my 3 TCL AC units. The app is tcl home but till now there is no available integration for homeassistant. Is there any chance that will be one in the future? Thanks in advance for any reply. My best regards. Nick

I discovered that some of my AC’s are using a different model USB dongle. And from my research I found that this model is actually made by Tuya. Still though I can’t get the AC to connect to the Tuya app. It just can’t find the AC.

I guess even though it’s made by Tuya, each manufacturer implement’s their own features?
