Ikea GU10 light bulbs - keep going offline

I've got 21 Ikea Matter lightbulbs:

7 are E27 and E14 fitting
14 are GU10 fitting in downlighters

I've also got 13 Ikea Matter smart plugs, 6 Bilresa switches, 2 motion sensors and 2 door sensors.

Everything works using ZBT-2 as Border Router, latest Thread and Matter software, etc.

The smart plugs and Edison screw light bulbs are rock solid.

The GU10 light bulbs keep going offline, and need power-cycling to become available again.
Pretty much every day one or two will go offline. If I leave them, the next day two or three more will go offline.
Power cycle, they all work again - for 24 hours if I am lucky.

The drop outs are seemingly random, with different bulbs each time.

When online, the GU10 bulbs are all showing at least one "green" connection to a Router device in the Matter app GUI graph.

Weirdly, I've got one GU10 bulb in the pantry, and this one never goes offline.
The other GU10 bulbs are in the living room, main bedroom, and main bathroom. Every single one of these has gone offline at some point.
The living room has 4 smart plugs, the main bedroom has two, and there are 3 very close to the bathroom.

All the GU10 downlighter fittings are identical, and under 2 years old.
I had no problems at all with my previous Tapo and Tuya wifi GU10 bulbs in these fittings.

Well apparently the GU10s have pretty weak radios, combined with the usual metal-fittings they are sitting in, you need at least one (better more!) strong FTD at extremly close range to get a reliable connection. Since you are having troubles with their connections, you should be extra aware of interferences with WiFi or Bluetooth netzworks/devices in the vicinity: make sure that the Thread Channel and WiFi 2.4Ghz are not overlapping and avoid auto-channel at 2.4 Ghz WiFi! You should also avoid 40 Mhz Bandwith for 2.4 Ghz in your WiFi Router.
Best practice: 2.4 Ghz at channel 1,6 or 11 and Thread at Channel 20 or 25

See this Chart:

I checked what channels were being used a few weeks ago:

TP Link Mesh is using channels 4 and 6
Router is using channel 11
Thread is channel 25

The living room is 13' x 15', 8' ceiling, with an Ikea smart plug in 3 of the corners, so every GU10 is within 15' of a plug.

I've got an Apple TV in the room, which shows up as a separate network in HA, and has no devices connected.
I was wondering about adding it to the ZBT-2 network as a second Border Router, or maybe trying an SM Light poe device?
Or even an Ikea hub?

Found this but i can't help you personally, because i don't have Apple Border Routers.

Thanks.

I followed the instructions in the post you linked, adding the Apple TV to my existing HA ZBT-2 Thread network.
One important step missing from those instructions is you have to go into the Apple TV settings menu and choose "restart". Just powering off and on doesn't force the Apple TV to use the new credentials and join the HA network, but "restart" does the trick.

I've now got the Apple TV showing up as a second Border Router in my preferred network.

I power-cycled the living room lights, and the two that were offline are now back online, and showing "green" links to the Apple TV.

See what happens over the next few days....
