Hi !
Would it be possible to enable fast single presses on the new BILRESA remote, as it was on the RODRET ? By that, I mean having the choice to disable double-press feature.
Or is it impossible due to firmware differences ?
Hey,
Sorry to disapoint, but Rodret does not natively handle double press, that’s why you can “disable” it and have it respond immediately, as it’s the defaut behaviour.
That’s not the case for the Bilresa and the Somrig which have the double press feature enabled at firmware level.
I’m using the Blueprint with my Bilresa two button but for some reason Hold On button on remote seems to run the actions for Hold Off?
Living Room Light Strip Remote Stop With On Off event was fired

Living Room Light Strip Remote Remote Button Long Release - Dim Up event was fired

First of all ho waw, i’m new th ha ansd this is a killer feature
Îm still doing some basic testing, with a rodret remote and an ikea buld that can change color temp.
I could use your blueprint to control the bulb, in, off, and brightness, but couldn’t find how to change the temp.
've read that i should adx tbe action, but i wonder why ir isn’t included at first and how to adx such action.
I don’t understand how the Bilresa 2 button remote is supposed to be supported though zigbee integrations when the device uses matter over thread? Can anyone explain how this works?
Well... It actually is both... You can set it to be used in one, or the other "mode" . If i understood well, it has two chips, but, îm a newcommer on ha so someone might correct me
After upgrading from an older version of the Blueprint, I'm encountering the following problem: when I assign actions to Rodret switches for double-clicks and also activate the expose function, the single-click action is always executed, not the double-click one. This happens with newly created automations and with different Rodrets in different automations. I've already increased the double-click delay, but that didn't help. What could be causing this? What can I do?
