IKEA Symfonisk in z2m but not Home Assistant

Can anyone direct me to being able to use this ikea remote.

In zigbee2MQTT I can see the device showing all the button presses.

But in Home Assistant I cannot see the button presses

Now over the last 2 years I have built and rebuilt zigbee2MQTT very many times.

I could always manage the device in Node Red, but still curious why device shows in Home Assistant with all the buttons ignored.

Requires a zigbee2MQTT restart.

Funny though that all the other devices, buttons/switches worked fine.
