I couldn’t get the Sensor connected to my Zigbee2MQTT Stick. I succesfully connected 2 Tradfri RGB bulbs and a Xiaomi Temp/Humidity sensor. It apears the it is a newer revision of the sensor. It is smaller then the original, my be the change the electronics/firmware too…

I got the sensor to work. I had to reset it (4 short presses within 5 seconds). Had to this 3 times for sensor to show up …

Anyway I found that sensor stays triggered for around 3 minutes and there is no way to ajust this behaviour in the new version.

Hi all!

I am really suffering so much for battery life.

I am now down to 2 (two) days.

I changed the sensor 2 times in warranty, always same result.

Tried Ikea batteries, Philips, duracell…

I am going mad.
Was anyone having success with lipo or other batteries?

Or maybe just wiring to a PSU?

Do you know how I can try wiring a PSU to this sensor?
Should I use 3v or 6v?

Thanks, I am going crazy and Ikea support is laughable.

What software version is the sensor running?

I’m still on my original batteries after a year.

And they’re in a heavy traffic area (hallway and kitchen).
