Strange. On one iOS device the app only opens into the nabu casa/cloud dialogue from the settings menu. The back menu item upper left does not work. I can not exit the cloud UI.
Killing the app, rebooting phone … nothing helps. On other devices the app works perfectly fine.

When starting for a split second the orange cog wheel on the lower right popped up. I was able to reset the app and reconnect to HA. It works now. Still strange. I consider this being a bug somehow.
I had the same issue following an iOS update. I wasn’t as lucky as you, I had to uninstall then reinstall the iOS Application before it would work again.
