Is there an "any update" entity?

I found the entity that triggers when a core update is ready (update.home_assistant_core_update) and created a notification for myself. Is there another entity that triggers when there is “any” type of update available? Basically, anything that causes the update notification count to appear on the settings menu option. TIA
