You will have to install Core version. That means no add-on store, you will need to do manual updates etc.
An old NUC or mini PC or a Pi are probably all better choices, or even HAOS on a VM using an old laptop.
I have HA on my laptop and it works better for me. Even old laptops work better than phones, I also have that problem too, I can’t run it on a phone, but I can run it on laptops.
